"I was given a room upgrade for my gold status which was great, but I did have to request my complimentary bottle of wine. I loved the wine tastings every night. The morning coffee at coffee shop was slow. The employee was just understaffed - not his fault. Check-in wasn't great. I got in after midnight and had to use the Ring door to get in. However there were two men hanging out at the door, and they were not residents. This was concerning as I was a solo female traveler. "

"I appreciated the free breakfast and in-room kitchen. Having a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishes, and stovetop were super convenient for traveling with kids. The location requires you to drive to most Portland attractions, however if you want a quieter space and don’t mind driving I would recommend it. The room needed small repairs, like the molding in the bathroom peeling off the wall, but overall it felt clean and safe. "
