"Absolutely love position of hotel and friendliness of staff. Had free upgrade to room with balcony which was wonderful although the balcony defiantly needed a good clean as had duck poo and dirt and lots of cobwebs on it Coffee machine not boiling hot "

"I came into Stanstead on a delayed flight late at night so booked a room ast the Novotel and stayed there before heading into London on the train in the morning. The room was perfect, good size, comfy bed and clean. Breakfast was great and an bargain and they offer a half hourly shuttle back to the airport. It was exactly what I needed!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was varied and included hot dishes. The property itself was basic and clean but the floor had quite a musty smell. Overall good value and good experience for an airport hotel."

"This hotel is absolute luxury. There were 8 of us altogether celebrating a 60th birthday. The staff are very attentive the food just divine and the facilities are just superb. We used the spa services and the pool area. We had afternoon high tea and ate at the cast-iron grill in the evening . Had yhe best time"
