"Driftwood Retreat and Ranch was exactly as advertised and our big family very much enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The property has an "out in the country" feel even though it is only a half-hour or so outside of Austin. The separate buildings offered privacy for family units of varying sizes. "We rode motorcycles up to Wimberly in freezing weather.. hot tub was on and ready. The home was nice and warm. Rode to HEB and picked up firewood.. you need to bring firewood if you want to make use of fireplace and outdoor chiminea. Bed was very comfortable. Used uber service once .. nice and quick pick up. I would stay here again."
