A Lovely New Years stay
This property was perfect for our small family gathering. It was close to exploring beautiful Bryce Canyon and Moss Caves. The property was bright, cheerful, cozy, comfortable, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed making a fire under to stars and making s’mores.

Very near (but not too near to Bryce Canyon). Extremely clean, well-maintained, and spacious. It's very quiet and out away from the road. The kids loved the playground and tether-ball. A great experience!

Great property convenient to visiting Bryce
We and our adult children were very happy with our stay here. The apartment is large, peaceful and private. It is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer to use after our long days of hiking. A bonus was the beautiful views!

This was the perfect base for our horse riding adventures in Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase Escalante NM and Dixie NF, plus all the other things we explored. House was exactly as described. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful place!
Clean and spacious! The two full bathrooms made this a perfect place for us (4 adults). Comfortable beds and although we didn’t cook, it was a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of table seating and having the washer/dryer was so helpful. Host was a great help in our planning. Very clean!

This home was spacious, clean, in a beautiful setting and convenient for both Bryce and Red Canyon. There are stairs but that was not an issue for us. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay for a Bryce Canyon trip. Clean, spacious, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. Everything you might need (grocery, gas, etc.) is in the little town just 5-10 minutes past Henrieville (Tropic). Quiet, relaxing, and good water pressure in the showers. Absolutely no complaints. Utah is such a beautiful part of the U.S. You cannot go wrong staying at Sunrise Hollow while experiencing the glory of Mother Nature on display at Bryce. Highly recommend. A++

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, two bathrooms for our family of five was great, and the kitchen was well stocked to cook our own meals when needed. Milt was also very easy to communicate with.
