"Front desk was soooo helpful and friendly. Recommended the perfect dinner spot for us, helped us figure out the (very easy) bus to the airport (pick up is at the end of the street, less than 10 min. ride, and costs €2/person). Room was clean and nice, with super comfy bed and bedding. We had the rooftop terrace all to ourselves to enjoy our wine at the end of the night. There was parking available for about 5 cars out front. We actually never heard a plane fly overhead (*were there in mid November so def low season). Really great location and stay!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful. From the outside to the inside, the commun area and the rooms; everything is clean with a simple and elegant vibe to it. The breakfast offered is vast and with a lot of variety, delicious as everything else in Crete. Location wise, it's central and you can walk to the port from there. There are many restaurants around the area that are pure gems. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The downsides were the unstable WiFi. We were told the bottles of water in the mini fridge were complimentary and would be replenish daily but they were not, maybe they just forgot. And the handle of the bathroom door kept falling off. All minor inconveniences that did not really affect us for the short time we stayed. Overall, recommended."
