"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Sehr schön die Lage, nur kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt, direkt links und rechts nebenan Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung an sich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings finde ich, könnte man für den Preis schon mal die ein oder andere Handwerkertätigkeit verrichten, so dass keine Schrauben aus den Wänden ragen oder man Angst hat, die Fernbedienung anzufassen. Dass man keinen antrifft, ist das eine, aber ich hätte mir vllt auch grade diesbezüglich etwas...
