Ein Hotel, dass eigentlich 4 Sterne verdient. Wunderschöner wellnessbereich, kleines, aber schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Besonders ist auch der Wintergarten und das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist super, 2. Reihe zur Strandpromenade. Einziges Manko sind die Tiefgarage, in der keine SUVs Platz finden und die wenigen Parkplätze zum Be- und Entladen, da stehen Autos stundenlang . Da sollte man mehr drauf achten.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Frühstückbüfett war ausgesprochen vielseitig und ein guter Start in den Tag.Die zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Wasser optimal.Die Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage des Hotels fanden wir ziemlich überhöht. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Mir fehlten nur ein paar Garderobenhaken.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotel war beim Buchen als 4-Sterne Hotel gekennzeichnet. Es war aber ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber aber klein. Parkmöglichkeit umständlich und teuer. Der Gang zum SPA Bereich umständlich. Für Badetücher müsste man extra bei der Rezeption nachfragen auch wenn kostenlos.

Sehr sauber und modern, bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage nahe Seebrücke. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Wellnessbereich nutzbar. Wir können das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Leider war die angebende Parkmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Kein Parkplatz , angeblich voll. Also mit Familie und großen Koffer dann leider nicht zu empfehlen. Für Pärchen ohne Kind und kleinem Reisegepäck ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Haben es schon viel besser kennengelernt
In der Hochsaison die Bar nur bis 22.30 Uhr die Bedienung die wir hatten unfreundlich die Zimmer sehr schön und Mitarbeiter am Servicesschalter sehr nett aber die meisten polnischen Mitarbeiter sehr hochnäsig

Netter Aufenthalt auf Usedom
Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt im Hotel Pommerscher Hof. Lediglich das die Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage verfügen und das mann auch keinen Ventilator bekommen kann. Wäre bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen angebracht gewesen.

Insgesamt war es super, nur dass abends um 23 Uhr der Hinweis kam, dass keine Getränke im Foyer erhältlich sind und nur noch die geschlossene Gesellschaft bedient wird, war traurig. Lieber hat das Personal zu viert die Zeit abgesessen. Wir wollten nur ein Glas Sekt, um zum Geburtstag anstoßen zu können. Dann sind wir zur Tapas Bar ausser Haus. Schade. Dafür war das Reinigungspersonal super und auch das Frühstück war wunderbar.

Direkt an der Seebrücke Heringsdorf. Unser Zimmer war komplett neu renoviert, es roch noch dezent nach Farbe, toll eingereicht. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Wir wurden einfach von einem Komfortzimmer auf ein Appartement umgebucht, welches sich im Nebenhaus befand. Reinigung fand erst nach 3 Tagen und auf Grund mehrerer Beschwerden unsererseits statt.
