Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Insgesamt alles ok und empfehlenswert. Mankos: von den insgesamt 6 Duschen in der Disco-Sauna funktionierten nur 2 vollständig, bei den anderen kam entweder kein Wasser oder die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln. Da jedoch nur wenige Besucher in der Sauna waren, war das für mich kein Problem. Restaurant: Das Essen war vorzüglich(!). Großes Lob an die Küche. Service: vermutlich aufgrund von Personalmangel war nicht immer der/die zuständige Servicekraft zugegen und gelegentlich dauerte es einige Zeit, bis eine Bestellung aufgegeben werden konnte. Rezeption: sehr zuvorkommend!.

Das Service (Rezeption, Restaurant) und die Zimmer haben keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die m² Angaben der Zimmer beinhalten den Vorraum der keine Verwendung hat bzw. den Skiraum welcher halt nur zum verstauen der Skisachen dient. Es bleibt wenig Platz zum Wohnen über. Es fehlt ein Telefon, Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar am Zimmer welches normalerweise bei 4 Sterne üblich ist. Die Heizung lässt sich nicht lokal am Zimmer regulieren. Die Akustik im gesamten Gebäude lässt einen auch nicht gerade abschalten. Das Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen in Buffetform ist abwechslungsreich und die Qualität passt. Die Lage des Hotels für Ski- bzw. Wandertouristen ist perfekt.

Ungewöhnliches Hotel. Lohnt für kurzen Aufenthalt

Ungewöhnliches Hotelkonzept mit Kletterwand im Foyer. Im Winter sicher sehr praktisch da Zimmer mit eigenem Skiraum als Vorzimmer wo auch Waschbecken und WC sind... Das die Türen vom Flur zum Vorzimmer aus Lochblech sind ist dabei Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leckeres uf Sportler ausgerichtetes Frühstücks-Büffet Toll ist das im Zimmerpreis der Millenium-Kift etc. enthalten ist. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen

Het hotel zelf is geweldig. De baliemedewerkers zijn vriendelijk en willen je graag helpen, en 's avonds is er een gezellig barretje waar je kan zitten. De kamer was echter een stuk minder: de kamer is benauwd en klein, de douche heeft doorzichtig glas en zit naast het bed, waardoor je weinig privé hebt en je kan de buren ook goed horen. Het is een goed hotel als je er niet veel tijd wil doorbrengen.

Couple's Weekend

Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area for breakfast and dinner with no waiters enforcing cleanliness standards throughout. Hotel was nice with great features but will not be staying again.

Most was ok, Room was too cold and it was not possible to change temperature in Room, for Room which cost more then 500 EUR for 2 night for two person we was must pay extra 5 EUR per person for bathrobe for sauna.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel, die Zimmer sehr praktisch eingerichtet mit Vorraum für Snowboard, Schiern und auch Räder. Das Essen ist auch fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Lage, Essen und Service war sehr gut. Alles PersonL gibt sich Mühe und ist immer zuvorkommend. Lob an die Küche, ohne Ausnahme. Einzig die offene Bauweise wäre ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, da somit alles sehr hellhörig ist. Aber ist für uns jetzt kein Geund Abzüge zu machen. Weiter so, wir waren positiv überrascht! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Dream vacation

Just across the gondola entry, very convenient. Can wear ski boots in the entire Hotel area, corridors and rooms included. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Highly recommendable

Buono per lo sport, ma.......

Hotel decisamente progettato e costruito per chi pratica attività sportiva, specie se sci da discesa. Le camere prevedono uno spazio anti-camera (separato dal corridoio da un vetro semi-trasparente) attrezzato per depositare sci, scarponi (o eventualmente bici), con asciugatura calzature. I servizi della camera deludono: bagno diviso in piccolissimo locale wc con accesso dall'area deposito attrezzi. Andando in bagno si è visibili dal corridoio attraverso il vetro sopra citato. La doccia con accesso dalla camera è ok. Terribile il lavandino, direttamente in camera, situato ad altezza elevata (nessun bambino lo userebbe) e con vasca poco profonda, col risultato di bagnare dappertutto.
