"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room.
