"This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job."

My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us.
