"Stay was exceptional. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were allowed for early check in which was a great help! Special mention to Sean in the front desk and Kathi at the dining room. Service is excellent. Room is very clean, thank you to our cleaning person. Safe and new facilities."

"One-night stay before flying out of SeaTac. It is a nice, modern, and spacious hotel conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and museums in downtown Tacoma. My room was clean and spacious but lacked a microwave oven - thankfully the front desk was able to have one delivered to my room. In-room wi-fi was good. I also used the fitness room, which is loaded with state-of-the-art equipment. Most importantly, there were no disturbances during the night and I got some much-needed rest! Only complaints were a couple signs of neglect: Trash piled up outside an elevator, and the fitness room hadn’t been cleaned recently - food crumbs on the equipment and the spray bottle for wiping down machines was empty. All this aside, I’d stay here again for the right price. "
