The rooms are clean and modern. The staff was very friendly. It is very close the Hershey Lodge for conference goers. Restaurant and shopping options are a short drive.

It was a nice hotel. Very close to Penn State Hershey hospital and Hersheypark. Have to drive a little for restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were had a room outside. It feels unsafe at all. And cold when you open the door. The wind goes to your room. And the window curtains you can’t open it at all. Because when you open it. The outside people walk by your room can see through your room. And low ceiling feels pressure. Dead insects body find out my room door. Because it’s exterior room. Extremely small bathroom. The only good thing is your car can park in front your room. It’s convenient to get anything from your car. But it’s noisy when other people drive through or park. You can hear from your room.

I booked a hotel room for my daughter and a friend who are attending a concert in Hershey Park. I chose a Wyndham property because we have always had really good luck with them whenever we travel. I didn't realize that when Wyndham bought the Super 8 Budget hotels the same quality of Wyndham doesn't apply to them. When the girls arrive to the room they realize that the sheets had never been changed by housekeeping from the previous guest or two and there was all kinds of bodily hair all over the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting. I emailed Wyndham and have not gotten a reply. There's no way they should be paying $300 plus for this hotel room. Going to think again when I book for ourselves and we go on vacation. I'm pretty sure it won't be a Wyndham.

You can tell that they recently renovated. My room door didn’t click shut unless I turned the lock and locked the door. There was no secondary lock beyond the one on the handle to flip and use. I felt I should have left then, since I’m a solo female traveler, but I stayed because the area seemed safe and was a family heavy hotel. Huge regret. The bathroom door also never shut the whole way and had no way of being locked. I was getting dressed before 8am and a hotel staff busted open the door while I was naked since I was getting dressed! Horrible!!! No apologies given. Only after going to the front desk to complain they just said it was a “paperwork error” and barely apologized only because I asked for one! What was worse was the hotel worker who just saw me in my hotel room stood and stared at me the whole breakfast. Which only had bagels, spreads, yogurts, and cereal. No hot food options. The lady in the back office was incredibly rude and dismissive of my experience. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to leave early and didn’t get to enjoy the pool because I was tired of the staff staring at me and I didn’t feel safe. It wasn’t until I called expedia to complain did they initiate an apology but that was only through the expedia rep.
