Convenient location. Noisy waterworks when neighbouring rooms were showering - sounded like a freight train coming through the wall. Traffic noise stopped at a reasonable hour. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Overall good.

While the property was all I needed for a one-night stay, I would like to say the walls are paper thin and there was the bare minimal in the room. You can hear the showers going in the rooms either side of the room and hear there tv's. Parking was good, tight but good and there was plenty. Leaving the property was not as easy as there was a locked gate at the end but no way to get it open or no one around to open it for you so you have to back out of the property onto a busy road.

Great little inn right across the street from the beach. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the owners were so tremendously kind. Definitely a great find in the Hervey Bay area.
