The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very eco conscious and more minimal with amenities but the location, cleanliness and comfort of hotel are worth the stay. If you can, reserve a room with the outdoor shared terrace where you can walk out to and see Lake Thun from your room. It is amazing! "

Would have been more comfortable to have standard tea station in rooms as had to always go downstairs to get a hot beverage for kids.
