We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Heudicourt, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² with terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and armchairs.
- A bright dining room facing south.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,000 m².
- A terrace and a covered area in case of rain with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Heudicourt, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of the village and all the essential shops within 5 minutes by car.

- Tourist sites: the castle of Heudicourt and its park, the forest of Lyons (one of the most beautiful beech forests in France), Gisors (its castle, its half-timbered houses...)...
- Sporting activities: greenway for cycling, various walks in the area...
- Cultural visits: Les Andelys (remarkable site dominated by a Château-Gaillard), Claude Monet's house and gardens, the Villarceaux estate...
- Gastronomic heritage: neufchâtel, Normandy apples...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (2 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Gisors train station located about 18 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rouen airport located about 45 minutes away by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
