Such a wonderful welcome! One of the best check-in experiences - Sarah was so welcoming, gave me wine and had my bags taken up so I could go up to the roof terrace and enjoy the view! Marvelous!

The hotel is very modern and had great views of New York City. It was a bit away from the main attractions but that was a good thing as it was much quieter and peaceful. Access to the subway is close enough too. Our only concern was the tourist taxes weren’t easily explained and our final bill was eye watering with extra taxes added for going up on the roof terrace. Check possible costs first before going up there so you are prepared and not shocked like we were.
