Dock in the 20’ dock bay and enjoy a quiet cove perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and paddle boarding. 2 fully stocked kitchens, Primary King suite on Main level, King Br and bunk beds for 2 kids on lower level, 2 Qn BRs on third floor,2 Laundry Rms, 2 Living Rms, 2 Smart TVs, 2 desks, & abundance of room to chill. A lakeside fire pit=S’mores & sunsets to die for! Just 25 minutes to Helen or Clayton, 1 mile to Ingles Grocery and coffee/bagel shops. We provide all the creature comforts to make you feel right at home. Stay a week or a month or two! Inquire if you’d like a shorter or longer stay and we will try to accommodate! 2 Dog Maximum😉

Lovely time on the Lake
Who would’ve thought northern Georgia would offer such breathtaking views of the mountains. The lake was gorgeous and the fishing was great! The home was warm and inviting and a relaxing place at the end of a busy day. We hope to come back!

Fabulous Family Reunion!
The Lake House was just as described. Located on a quiet cove with incredible views. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, and the well stocked kitchen appliances. The multiple bedrooms allowed everyone in our family a special retreat. We spent most of each day in the water, paddle boarding, swimming and enjoying our rented boat. We will definitely be returning!!

My family had a fantastic stay at this property. It was close to town, easy to find, and a very quiet street. The house had a great layout for family members of all ages. We were able to spread out on the 3 floors but also enjoy the cozy spaces of the main level. Great kitchen for cooking. Perfect cove for swimming and floating with lovely mountain views. Very responsive hosts and clear communication. We would book again.

House with spectacular views!
We sooooo enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! The views of the mountains and the lake are incredible! Having a dock was an added bonus and our grandchildren enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The house was super clean and Shannon, the property manager, is incredible! We’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy-to-work with manager. She was always quick to respond. The house itself is simply lovely and so inviting to have 2 of the 3 floors with complete separate living quarters. This worked so well for our son and family, as well as some friends that we had come visit. I would highly recommend this home and we plan to rent it again. :)

The home was clean, with a great location, and one of the better rentals we’ve experienced. There was plenty of room for our group of eight to spread out, and dual laundry rooms were very convenient for two families. You have an excellent view of the mountains off the back porch, and the Cove is great for children. We had great communication with the owner and property manager. Thank you for a great week at the lake!

Extended Family Vacation
Beautiful spot for our family to enjoy. Flower gardens in full bloom. A flock of geese floated in the cove for about an hour before moving on. Plenty of room for togetherness as well as solitude. Close enough for teenagers to walk for their favorite foods. We did not want to leave.
