"If you're a tourist from the United States, you might find the room a tad small compared to what you're used to. But the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and attentive, the breakfast is fantastic for the price, and it is located literally 100 feet from the train station. "I don't think I spent enough time in Tomakomai to get a good feeling for the area, I mainly stayed here because it was close to Sapporo and the hotel was within walking distance from Tomakomai train station. The hotel was also very close to a Don Quijote, Lawson, and Seicomart. The only room option available at the time was a smoking room, and while it was clean, the room itself seemed old and like it needed some updating. The view from my room was nice though, and there wasn't a lingering odor...

"We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores.
