Good value, we liked this quieter side of Shinjuku but the bathroom has an awful sewer smell all the time. If the bathroom door is closed it’s fine. Overall, for the price we loved the space was we had 4 large suitcases, 1 carry on and 4 large back packs. We are a family of 4 travelling, so space was important for us.

Amazing place to stay. Only a short subway trip to Tokyo Station. Close to Disney. Its a nice quiet area surrounded by the busyness that is Tokyo. The only issue I have, among staying at any other hotels is the rude, disgusting and disrespectful tourists. But that in no way is an isolated thing and not the fault of the hotel. Truthfully this hotel has alot less then most.
