"Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"Under the hotel is underground shopping boutiques, shoe shops and restaurants street, grocery stores, etc Fun environment, shuttle buses to the airport is half block away, very close to other hip places like Shibuya, Harajuku too… but the room is smaller than the photos in Expedia App … "

"We loved this hotel! Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We did not use all of the amenities, but they had a gym, laundry, communal microwave, and helpful staff. The bathrooms were stocked with a few personal care items too. It is also right across the street from a Family Mart, and a 5 minute walk from a train station. If we ever find ourselves in Tokyo again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again."
