Not terrible, not great
The room was clean and recently renovated, the air conditioning can only do heating in winter and cooling in summer. So if its a hot day in winter you have no air conditioning. The internet was very slow and dropped out multiple times during my 1 night stay, I think for the price there are better options around

急に宿泊の必要があり利用しました。誤って喫煙の部屋を予約してしまい、チェックイン時に気がつきました。変更をお尋ねすると、残念ながら空室がないということでした。タバコの匂いがする部屋だと、アレルギー鼻炎や頭痛症状が出るので困ったと思っていたら、すぐに空気清浄機をお待ちします、と用意してくださいました。こちらの手違いにもかかわらず、嫌な顔一つせずに、即ちに改善策を提示して素早く親切に動いてくださり、とても感じのいい対応をしてくださることに温かな気持ちになりました。 ありがとうございました。
