Charming Haven: Perfect location last minute , pets and short stay requests

Come visit us in this beautiful High Springs Haven! The haven is our amazing home away from home! It is completely handicapped, accessible and safe family home for you and your 2 or 4 legged family. The yard is clean and has a redone 6 foot wood fence for privacy and safety. The Haven is set up with all the things you and your family will need while visiting. You will immediately feel at home with the huge coffee/ drink bar and snacks we have provided. The haven has all the things you need to cook and host plus a beautiful private fenced yard, huge deck, grill, heaters, and a amazing linea room with a unique bar with a mini fridge your can belly up to and have a cold one as you catch the Gaters game on the smart TV. The kids, two or four legged will enjoy the huge fenced safe private yard in a quiet safe neighborhood. We have lots of fun games, puzzles and books for family time and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare, cook and enjoy a family meal in our beautiful dining room. This is our second home and We use also stay in the Haven and use this kitchen when we are in town so I guarantee I have it set up with all the things you’ll need to prepare your masterpieces. There is a gas grill, black stone flat plate and wood stone pizza oven available. Three bedrooms, a couch and airbed will sleep 9 people plus a crib in the master bedroom for the little one. We have provided a few old bikes to ride around the quiet neighborhood and a 5 kayaks so far to take to the springs or Santa Fe River which are so scenic and beautiful just a few miles away. After a fabulous day in the springs the house is in a perfect location to relax with a fire or walk to all your favorite restaurants, the brewery, ice cream parlors, or antique stores. You’ll never run out of options. I guarantee you won’t want to go home!!

Great location near springs
We are a group of friends who came to the area for access to the Itch Springs State Park. We enjoyed our stay in the 3 bedroom house. A glitch at check-in was quickly remedied by the property manager.

Great Time at the Hideaway
We had a small summer send off before the beginning of school. No one could have predicted that a week before a strong storm would close all the springs in the country into the unforeseeable future. We were comfortable and happy in the house as we made the most of our quality time together. It was a comfortable, clean, stay, with room for all. The yard is spacious and the host is easy to get in touch with and approachable. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to temporarily call home away from home.

Haven of our dreams!!!
Location with everything needed for a short trip to Ginnie springs which is about a 10 minute drive away! Everyone slept very well, and a beautiful location to spend with friends or family. Big back yard and deck would be perfect to keep kids busy. EVERY OPTION available here if you came back from the springs and wanted to cook out. The host was quick to respond with any questions and was very kind! If we end up returning to the springs we would definitely pick this location again!!!!

The owner thought of everything and so considerate to have a coffee bar fully stocked and prepared! Bath towels were super thick and fresh smelling! Every kitchen utensil and appliance was in working order and readily available. Handicap accessible and dog friendly! House was Very clean but lots of furniture so not super baby friendly!

Perfect vacation home
Two seniors with two small dogs looking to escape the Michigan winter. This home was the ideal safe place. Spotless, very comfortably furnished and a great location for walking the neighborhood or into the friendly, small town. Fun shops. Central to visit the many Springs, Gainesville or spend an afternoon at Cedar Key on the Gulf. The beautiful deck and private yard were a big plus. Hostess Mary was one of the best!

Great Location
The location near the downtown and all the restaurants and shops was awesome. The furry one really enjoyed the huge fenced back yard. I appreciated the room to store my motorcycle trailer on the side yard so I could use the driveway for parking the bike and truck.

Gators vs Vols
What started out as a fun weekend stay in Florida ended in a violent “chomping” from the Gators to us Vol fans!
