"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. "This is a gorgeous penthouse suite overlooking the Thames in Woolwich. We loved eating at the nearby Dial Arch and The Guard House Pubs. Good food and atmosphere. "The flat is excellent value for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I also LOVED the location. Woolwich was a revelation - quiet, close to the tube and the Thames, cool coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back.
