"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

Great Stay with a Minor Parking Issue

"We had a fantastic two-night stay at Hotel du Vin in Exeter. The breakfasts were excellent, and we enjoyed delicious drinks and nibbles at the bar while staying warm by the wood burner. The location is great—an easy walk into town—and the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, there was one frustration with the hotel’s parking system. We had reserved a spot, which was great when we arrived as our name was displayed clearly. But when we returned in the evening, someone else had parked in our space. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to assist and suggested we park in someone else's reserved spot. I would suggest the hotel implement a better system perhaps a parking pass system. Additionally, a polite notice could be placed on the windscreen of any car parked in a reserved spot, explaining that the parking is reserved. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay."
