Beautiful property, food was good, pools were great, but the housekeeping was inconsistent (to say the least). The prices in the convenience shop were outrageous and frankly disgusting, so make sure you bring EVERYTHING you will need or be prepared to pay insane prices for basic staple items.

We loved our stay here. We picked sirenis mostly for the good reviews of the water park and food and those did not disappoint. The water park could use an update but it works fine it’s very clean and the attractions are very fun! We had kids between 2 and 11 and they had a blast. The food even at the buffet is above average, restaurants very clean a lot of salad variety fish and chicken and the pizza is AWESOME. About the restaurants we did all the reservations on the first day and was very easy. Las barcas is OK, Raw bar is OUTSTANDING, the Japanese is good and fun and the Brazilian one is really bad. as a Brazilian I can affirm this does not resemble Brazilian food at all the meat was really bad. Also I have to recommend the lobster house 5 minute walk to your left. We had an amazing stay. Totally recommend!

This property was so much fun for my kids. They enjoyed the beautiful beach, awesome water park, and the room. The rooms are spacious and plentiful. The food options for dinner were surprisingly good. We did find breakfast to be tough with food choices for kids. We are coming back to this property. We enjoyed it that much!

We had the most amazing butler, Breilin. He made our stay INCREDIBLE. If it were not for him we would have been lost. We loved it so much because of our butler that we are coming back after the new year. I have never experienced such incredible service as I have with him and the rest of the staff. The property is so beautiful. I went with my entire family and we all had an exceptional time.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock! Expedia’s reviews are nothing like what this resort is. The food was amazing- they have something like 13 restaurants on site plus food trucks all over their properties serving fries, wings, chicken burgers, cheeseburgers, and nachos all the way until 6 PM. Bars on every corner as well as at every pool and on the beach. The people working there are absolutely amazing. They really do go above and beyond to ensure that you are experience is top-notch. This is definitely our favorite all inclusive place and we will be back again hopefully next year. One thing that I really loved is that you can never go bored. We traveled with one teenager and one child… They both had an incredible time. If you get a chance, do the escape room. It is an extra charge, but we as a family had an incredible time. The Scooby Doo option we think is the best for a family.
