This hotel was average in comfort and cleanliness It was in an obscure location and the cab driver had to stop and ask for directions at least twice. There was no tea making facilities in the room The staff were helpful and provided information on tourism and street directions.

Far from everything. Outside is horrible. Room is ok. Staff is friendly. They could not find my reservation. I did it by Expedia a week earlier. After showing the reservation documents, they have sent a message to the boss. I asked “Where is the boss?”. The guy replied “ in Dubai”. You do not wish to listen the rest of my story.

"So happy to have found this boutique hotel for the last day in Srilanka. The sushi restaurant had no digital menu on their IG account and had a very long wait time for orders but presuming that's because it was very quiet not many guests... Aside from that, beautiful experience in Hikkaduwa!"

Tired, basic hotel that could do with a refresh
"It's an old hotel. 50 yrs. So it's tired and needs a refurbish. Rooms are OK, but bathroom leaks water from the shower leaving puddles of water in the bathroom. Could smell urine in room 205 when using the shower so probably linked to the drainage system. Pool needs redone as several broken tiles ..."
