"This property checked all the boxes for my family and our trip. It couldn't have been closer to Legoland and made the commute to and from the park a breeze. "This property is completely misrepresented! First off you have to go through someone's gate and yard to access the boat behind their house. The dock and boat is completely surrounded by marsh, you can't see the water. I'm not even sure the boat is in water. The back yard opens up right on Lake Rosalie with about 75 feet of direct sandy lake front access along with a dock where you can park your boat. "This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again. "
