It was a great location in Greek Town with a nice view. However, it lacks in room service that doesn't run after 10pm, was charged a mandatory "resort fee" for conference rooms and a gym on the property, and was charged over $50 for fake fabric rose pedals romantic package that costs no more than $10 and it wasn't ready after I even checked-in.

It was a perfect way to celebrate my anniversary. Different dining options with amazing food and drinks. Con isn’t so you don’t even have to walk outside to the different restaurants. Pool and hot tub area is clean.

this is a beautiful property and our room was good, but we missed things like a microwave, and information about what restaurants and services were available. There was no liner for the ice bucket, the little things like that... with information, usually there is a book in the room or some pamphlets. Check in and valet was fine, altho it was slow when we arrived and almost left not knowing if it was still available, but then it was quite good once they knew we were there. Anyway, check in was basic, not an enthusastic welcome and hope you enjoy your stay kind of thing, just strictly business. As a first timer, kind of nice when suggestions are made, but I suspect most guests are regulars and know the lay out. The worst part, was other guests. Very noisy all night in the hallways, laughing and partying. Ugh...should have complained but really wanted to avoid any conflicts and didn't expect a good remedy honestly. It is a casino hotel and the Lions game had ended earlier. Check out went fine, I did walk around a little, and thought it was very nice but it is huge. People that really like to gamble will enjoy it. We were there for a nights stay after a show in town. I did like the check out feature on the TV. I used that and we missed the line checking out. Don't think we will be back it isnt for us, but I would tell my friends to try it if that fit the bill.
