Lovely, clean, bright and comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort – a family friendly gated complex with lots of amenities. Perfect for families or couples looking for time together and relaxing on the beach. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort has the largest ocean front pool.

The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic large screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, and Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

- The condo is located on the third floor, conveniently located next to the elevator.

- Fully equipped kitchen includes all the needed items for enjoying great meals. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, grill tools, cups, glasses, wine glasses and storage containers.

- Laundry facility located on the first floor.

- Full sized water heater, so you don’t run out of hot water

- Dining area comfortably seats 4

- Cozy living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and matching chair, TV, and family friendly games.

- Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent bath, and a TV. There is a dresser, night table and a closet for extra storage. Iron and ironing board available.

- The bunk beds have two kid size single beds.

- Free WiFi/Internet

- The covered balcony offers comfortable chairs that allow you to enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and listen to the soft, crashing waves. An excellent spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage.

- Available for your use are 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, various sand and pool toys, and a collapsible beach cart to carry all your beach necessities with ease!

- Pharmacopia Verbena Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided in tamper-resistant dispenser. Organic: Contains certified ingredients; Natural: Contains natural ingredients; Cruelty-free and vegan: No animal by-products, no honey, lanolin or beeswax; Paraben and toxin-free: No synthetic fragrances, fillers or colors.

- We provide fresh clean linens and bath towels, a starter set of toiletries in the bathroom, starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tablets, dish soap and, of course, a clean condo for a great start to a wonderful vacation!

My wife and I travel to Hilton Head Island annually. We prefer to stay in the Folly Field Beach and Tennis Resort. This condo was the perfect retreat for us. It is very clean and nicely maintained. It has everything needed for our comfort. The owners are thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely be back.

End of Summer Family BeachTrip
Brett and Sarah's condo was perfect for this quick trip to the beach. It was conveniently located near the elevator and the balcony had a clear view of the ocean. The beach and pool were both short walks from the condo. The resort had an overall family-oriented atmosphere that we greatly appreciated with a young child.

The floor is lifting in several locations causing my 15-month-old grandson to scuff up his toes and bruise his knees. Also, the appliances are extremely old and dirty. The positives are the view and the check-in process. This condo needs updated and repairs done.

The property was as presented in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice area. The owners were very responsive to messages. My only nit pick is the bunk beds were in the hallway and not in an actual room- but other than that it was a great rental and great experience.

Spring break getaway
This condo was perfect for our family! My boys loved the bunks, and every detail had been considered by the hosts, including beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys, and dishwasher and laundry detergent. We had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the balcony with the table and ocean view. The property itself is fabulous too. Lots of ponds and wild spaces to explore, and it's so close to the beach!

Quiet condo
This condo is on the third floor, it’s very quiet. We had a one-year-old and a three-year-old with us. I felt safe with the sliding glass door because their lock was very secure. Also, the front door had a secure lock too. The bunk beds are comfortable and my oldest son enjoyed sleeping on the bottom bunk. There were cleaning supplies, a brand new sponge and a vacuum to clean up sand on the floor! This mom loves a clean house, even on vacation! We would stay here again.

Amazing Place!
This listing was the perfect place for myself and best friend girls weekend getaway! We had everything we needed to cook meals at the home. The bed (master and “hallway”) were very comfortable. We had all the pillows which was nice. The space was cute and clean! We had ample of hot water. The bathroom was clean and had good shower pressure. The accessibility to the condo was easy since it’s a coded door. Parking pass/ parking was a piece of cake. It’s pretty centrally located so shopping, gas stations restaurants are all within a 10 min drive. If my friend and I make this girls trip a yearly thing we would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very responsive. The outside deck space was perfect. We really had no complaints!

The ocean view was special from the balcony. All was well with our stay except the sofa sleeper which was uncomfortable. We don't mean to complain, overall we had a good family time including the pool, bistro, and the ocean.

Nice Condo Stay
We would come back again! Communication and check-in with owner was simple. Pool and beach are close by with really good access. Staff friendly. Not far from amenities by car. The condo is perfect for four. Does get small with luggage but is still comfortable. We had two small kids and two adults during the stay. Kitchen stocked with pans, griddle, toaster, eating utensils, knives, plates, cups and more. Dishwasher pods supplied. Was nice to have beach towels supplied as we flew in, saved space! Only suggestions would be dish soap supplied and light in the bedroom closet. We will be back!
