Updated ocean view retreat with everything you need for a beach vacation. The villa features wood floors, a smart TV and modern kitchen. Comfy queen bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Light, airy design and great views! Brand new gorgeous stand up shower.
There are also beach chairs for your use.

All just steps to the beach and two blocks from Coligny Plaza and its shops, restaurants and entertainment.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants
We loved how easy it was to get around the area. The beach was just a few steps away, and shops and restaurants were a short walk away. Sitting on the patio drinking morning coffee and an evening glass of wine was so peaceful and relaxing. The hallway was a little noisy with late nighters, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Always a Good Time
We booked last minute, like the morning we were leaving. Kendall was very responsive and the condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check in is so easy. The room was beautiful and worked great for our little group of four. The owner checked in with us throughout our stay and was very kind.
