The angle on the balcony gives you a full view of the ocean. The complex features the biggest pool on the island with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise, you will never run out of things to do. Amazing food, great weather all year round with all the comforts of home that will make your stay a memorable trip. This condo is ideal whether you plan to stay a week or a month or even longer. It is perfect for both adults and children. The resort has picnic areas, a grand playground for the kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and racketball. There is two onsite restaurants, a poolside bar as well as an ice cream bar for all to enjoy!! Enjoy sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate

Perfect short weekend getaway
We were looking to fill the middle of our 2-week vacation with a few days in HHI, and this unit did not disappoint! Conveniently located on the island near all of our favorite go to spots. The check in-out process was super easy and the communication with our host Marko was excellent! Will definitely be staying here again next year! 10/10, would absolutely recommend

Perfect mother daughter trip
This rental and location were perfect for a last minute mother daughter (5 year old) vacation! Loved being able to walk to the beach, pool, and playground! Having on site dining and ice cream were a great added bonus! Would definitely stay again!

We loved it!
The host was amazing. We had one situation when we needed to get ahold of him during our stay, and he was very quick to reply. The condo is great. It’s clean, close to the elevator, and is super nice. The resort is great too. There was always fun events going on, the beach isn’t too busy, and the pools are amazing. The only areas lacking at all would be that it’s very hard to cook anything in the condo since there’s limited cooking supplies and no oven (only a toaster oven), and if you want anything delivered from outside the condo, you have to meet them before the security gate since delivery people don’t have access in the resort. However, simply going out to eat solves this easily, and I personally prefer to go out to eat on vacation anyways. So overall, it definitely earns every bit of 5 stars. We will absolutely be returning.

This condo was very nice to stay in! We were very impressed that the host was thoughtful in accommodating our one night stay! The high table and stools were hard to use with our 2 year old. There were beach items available that we did not have a chance to use. There was space next to bed to fit a pack n play. We would stay here again as a couple.

Nice Rental!
Loved the spacious, open bedroom! Kitchen well-stocked. Streaming for TV not great in bedroom but fine in LR. Closets full of beach amenities. Perfect for a couple and we would stay there again.

A gem
The property was clean and comfortable. This unit is close to pool and being without being too close. Balcony is in the shade in the afternoon which really gave well needed escape from the sun. The staff in the resort were so happy and helpful. The host was really responsive and a joy to work with. Sweet place for the family.

A great stay
This is our third stay at the resort and it was excellent. The condo is interesting as you walk into the bedroom when entering from the hallway. I was concerned about sound from the entrance door, which is only about 10 feet from the condo door, but it was not a problem. The bedroom had plenty of space and the beed was perfect. Great view from the balcony. Living room was fine as well but lacked a table to sit and eat. It did have a tall glass top table and tall chairs but it was not the best to eat at. Three chairs on the balcony were comfortable, small table also fit well. No oven, but there was a toaster oven and microwave. Water pressure good in shower and bathroom but kitcken was lacking. Over all a great place and communications with the owners was excellent. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Nice HH Villa
We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay in the villa. A king sized bed with the extra space was a nice bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view of the ocean to boot! Marko was quick with communication and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return next year.
