Fall days are perfect for biking, golf, pickleball and relaxing on the screened porch with private, wooded view! This home is close to the bike/walking trails.

Fall is my favorite time of year on Hilton Head Island, the weather is fabulous, there are fewer visitors so we get to visit the shops and restaurants that we haven't visited in the summer and it's a great place for outdoor football watching! It is also a great time of year for festivals, whether you're looking for great food, live music or just a fun afternoon outdoors the fall festivals have something for you! Here is a list of fall festivals, links to more info, and links to some of the rentals that we manage in case you'd like a fall getaway.

Bathroom and kitchen renovations completed in February of 2024, professionally designed, they are gorgeous!

This 3-bedroom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Greenwood Forest, close to the shops and restaurants of Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Sea Pines Center.

Enjoy the Greenwood Forest pool. playground, tennis, and basketball. There is a neighborhood path to the back of Sea Pines Center that shortens the distance to Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town. Sea Pines offers miles of white sandy beaches, bike/leisure trails, tennis, golf, and pickleball. Take a sunset or dolphin cruise from Harbour Town or The Salty Dog. Don't miss the restaurants and bar at The Sea Pines Beach Club with views of the ocean. Sea Pines has 3 public golf courses. Shopping and dining are available in Sea Pines Center, Harbour Town (waterside) and South Beach Marina (waterside). You may want to enjoy brunch at Links, the restaurant at the Harbour Town Golf Clubhouse with unlimited Bloody Mary's and Mimosas on Saturday and Sunday!

The living room has a new sofa pit grouping to enjoy while watching the 65" smart TV. There is also a rolling table and 3 stools that can be used for additional seating. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the necessities for great family meals including serving bowls and platters. The kitchen has new appliances The dining room table has comfortable seating for 8. The screen porch has seating for 4 and includes a 36" smart TV. The bedroom configuration is a King Ensuite, a Queen bed guest room, and a Full/Twin Bunk bed with a trundle bed. All the bedrooms have 43" smart TVs. In case you do have to do some work on your vacation there is an office area off the kitchen. The desk has AC and USB plugs along with a monitor to plug your laptop into.

The home is pet friendly so your furry family members can enjoy the family vacation also.

We try to provision all of our rentals so that a group can prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner together or Grandma can make a birthday cake to celebrate that special grandchild's birthday. You can always call us if you're missing something that you need to make your stay special.

We have a selection of children's items including a high chair, pack n' play and beach toys as well as a selection of games and puzzles so that you can enjoy time together.

We love this property! We stayed here one other time, and knew it was a home to return to. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and complete the experience for us of feeling truly relaxed and restored - surrounded by nature in our happy place. Love that we can bring our furry family members too!

Great home in good location
We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We grilled out on the back patio for the nights we were there and that was enjoyable. Host was very responsive.

Perfect Sea Pines Home
We had the best visit at this home! Tom was excellent with all communication before we even checked in, and had a gorgeous and clean home. Everything was very well stocked for our trip, all rooms were updated and the main bedroom bed slept like a dream. We were so lucky to find this home!

This was a good stay for us. Good upgrades in the property and we found me the interior to be clean and plenty of fresh towels. Plenty of space for our family of five. The home is in a dead end and very private location. Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of silver wear and plates. Enough to do some breakfasts and light lunches at the house. The beds were comfortable and the living space as well. Back yard left a little to be desired: the two adult bikes were pretty rusted, and when we arrived someone had taken the grill cover and put it over the bikes. The provided beach cart was just exposed in the backyard on a bench, and leaves were everywhere. Fortunately we brought or rented our bikes and had no need to utilize the backyard. Upon arrival there was a decent amount of trash on the side yard, looked like an animal got into the trash can. There is really no place to lock up bikes, so this became a bit of a challenge for us. I was glad I brought a tarp to protect our bikes from the elements. There are no blinds in the rear of the home, which was a little odd (master bedroom had a curtain). Felt a little like a fish bowl at night in the living room and dining area. Not a big deal but would be nice to have. If the price was right we would stay here again.

We started coming to Hilton Head when the world shut down and we are thankful Sea Pines stayed open. We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was close to beach and lighthouse and easy exit if you want to hit local restaurants or Bluffton. The home was clean and large enough for 6 and more. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very responsive. See you all next year.

Very nice one-level home in nice neighborhood
Very nice 3 bed/2 bath home all on one level with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings. Saw that there were board games and toddler/infant supplies (high chair, play crib). Good communication with property manager, quiet, friendly area. Also nice that it was dog friendly. Would come again.

Wedding Week Vacation Home
We loved our stay at 9 wildwood court! We came from out of town for our wedding. It was so important that we had our dogs at our wedding so we struck gold when we found this beautiful pet friendly home. The home was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for us! Decent place in sea pines
Good space for 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed the screened in back porch for the rainy days. Shower/baths were a bit outdated and beds very hard but enjoyed being surrounded by bike paths and close to all of sea pines.

Lovely Sea Pines home
We enjoyed our stay at this private and comfortable home in Sea Pines. It was clean and homey and we enjoyed the room set up for our family of 5. We rented bikes and enjoyed all of the fun bike paths and shops and restaurants. (2 bikes were at the home to use too) The neighborhood was central and convenient. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was great.

Overall we had a great stay! We had almost everything we needed. Love the open living room, property and the ability to use the Beach Club. Sea Pines is beautiful. There were just a few things that fell short of expectations. The master bed was extremely hard, really needs to be replaced. All other beds were comfy! We only had hand soap, toilet paper and trash bags, for the first two days. The fan in the master bedroom was dirty and several items throughout the house hadn’t been dusted in awhile. Along with several dust bunnies around the floor. We tried using the vacuum, it worked but the electrical wire was exposed near the base and covered only with duct tape. Not safe. The rug in the living room needs a deep clean or needs to be replaced. With these quick fixes I would give a 5 star rating.

We returned to HHI after an absence of about 17 years. The neighborhood is perfect. The location is great. The neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was less stocked than some other houses we have stayed at, but we had everything we needed. I wish the bike s were better taken care of. If we come again for a week, we might Rent bikes.

Great spot for a family vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 13, 11, and 8). The size of the house was perfect for us. It was clean. There is a nice big dining room and a screened porch. The couch is big and comfy. The beds are very comfortable. Thomas was easy to reach and responded in a timely fashion. There were 2 adult bikes and we easily rented 3 kids bikes at Peddling Pelican. The house location within Sea Pines is great. It was about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Parking is limited to the first 50 at the beach club so it was easier to just bike. There are two beach chairs at the house and a beach wagon to use. It’s also about a 10 minute bike ride to Harbourtown. We biked down one morning and had breakfast outside at the bakery and it was wonderful. The kids also biked down to the basketball courts and playground which was maybe 5 minutes if that. It’s a short car ride to The Salty Dog which was another great spot within Sea Pines. Publix is located right at the entrance to Sea Pines. We went mini golfing, go karts, Sno Cones by Chris, Duck Donuts, and to Skull Creek Dockside (highly recommend this restaurant especially for families) and everything was a 10-15 min ride tops. This was one of our most favorite vacations and we will definitely be back.
