It was located in the most popular building closest to the beach with a heated outdoor pool overlooking the Villa. This was updated and newly furnished a couple of years ago.
2 bedroom and 2 bath Villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, plus free wifi and cable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat-screen tv. The 2nd bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people with a new full-size bed on one side and a set of twin bunk beds on the other side. For your convenience, we rent a storage unit under the building close to the boardwalk stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys, shovels, and a beach wagon. You have everything you need for a day on the beach. The resort boasts wonderful amenities. There is always 24-hour security on the entire grounds. There are 2 outdoor pools an indoor pool, six lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court, and our semi-private beach. The Atrium in building #3 offers a heated indoor pool, track, exercise room, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. There is also a furnished sitting area on the second floor if you want to unwind, read a book, or relax. There is also a restroom area with a shower for your convenience. Oceanview Bike Rentals has a facility on the property under building #2. They offer all types of bikes that are always like new and you can reserve them in advance. At Pool # 1 the main pool is heated!
The Beach Bear Rest/Bar/ store has inside and outside seating areas and the outside bar during the season. For your convenience, there are restrooms there too. A few feet from the beach is Coco's Bar/Rest. which also has restrooms and a volleyball court. The Resort offers a six-seat golf cart with a roof to shuttle folks from the boardwalk to the beach on a schedule for those who don't enjoy walking. We have recently added a beach mat that extends 90 feet onto the beach so older or handicapped folks can access the beach much more easily. There is no need to leave the Resort but, there is a free Trolly pickup called " The Breeze" just outside our entrance to get around the area if you don't want to drive or Uber! Come on down and have a great stay!

Nice place close to the beach
This rental is a great little spot and nicely located on the property. However if you are a light-sleeper you should know that there is a pool in the middle of this particular building. This means that until the pool closes at 11pm, noise reverberates into the front bedroom (with the regular bed and two bunk beds). It did get nice and quiet after hours, at least in our experience. There are a few irritating quirks with the water pressure and water temp in the showers but found the bath/tub combo shower to be most useful. Appreciated the extra pantry items like s&p, cooking oil, etc and the locker full of beach toys/chairs/cart.

Perfect little getaway!
We really enjoyed our little getaway at this villa! The location is so convenient, once you park, you really don't even have to leave. This villa is in building one which is closest to the boardwalk to the beach and has the outdoor pool! The boardwalk is very well maintained, but is a good ways to the beach. If you have anyone with issues with walking any distance, they do offer a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach which was nice. They also have beach gear available with this rental. The beach wagon could be replaced as the side pockets were torn and was a bit rusted, but it did its job. They also had lots of beach chairs (many also rusted, but useable) and a few toys. It was nice not to have to bring our own. The villa itself was clean and well kept. There was a keurig coffee maker which was nice to have. Everything you would need was available in the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the three of us. My daughter really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Overall, this was the perfect little getaway for us. It provided everything we would need!

My son and I were in the area for Christmas with my parents, where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were comfortable. The location was convenient to Hilton Head Plantation and other points of interest, being right off of 278. We did not notice much noise, which was a plus.

Relaxing stay
Very nice and well-appointed villa. Comfortable interior, nice balcony for people watching. A bit of a hike to the beach (about a quarter mile) but the walkway is well maintained, and a shuttle is available at select hours. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

My family and I have been staying here since 2018. This is our first time in building 1 and I believe it’s my favorite building! However, the only thing that I did not enjoy was our towels smelled like cigarettes HORRIBLY. The room itself was fine so I’m not sure if a cleaning lady comes by and takes the towels in her vehicle to and from? Otherwise, very good stay! The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with! We love this complex!

Stay here!!
Wonderful resort, gated and secure. The boardwalk to the beach is a beautiful and enjoyable walk. With coco’s waiting for you at the end and the beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is expansive with plenty for room to spread out, walk, fly a kite, bike ride etc. The pool is awesome as well, although if you have little kids like we do it does not have a wading area. It’s shallowest was 3’. So just keep that in mind. We bought inflatables for them from the beach store/grill located on the pool deck and they worked well and kids were happy. They blow them up for you in the store. The condo was honestly bigger than we expected and had a good flow and nice decor. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 small kids. We would definitely return!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is conveniently located. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The only downfall to our stay was elevator 1 wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, the shuttle to the beach was also not working and the indoor pool was closed as well. That was the only complaint because I had my 75 year old grand mother with us. Other than that I would stay here again.

Disappointed with our stay
Hilton Head Resort is not as nice as it is made out to be on VRBO. The outdoor pools were closed, so went to the indoor pool and hot tub. It was very run down and old. My husband and older son would not even get in the water, because it looked dirty. The condo was adequate, but there were not enough beds for our family. The manager called us on the morning of check in and told us he needed to move us to a different condo, so we were informed that 2 of our kids would have to share a bed. That didn't end up working out, since we have 3 teens, so we had to put one kid on the couch. But there were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows. Also, there were no baking dishes and very limited kitchen utensils. We did ask about this during out stay, but we were told that what was in the condo was all there was. We also killed about 3 roaches in the bathrooms while we were there. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not stay at Hilton Head Resort again.

Ecomical but dated
The unit and complex worked well for our family for the weekend. The unit was a bit small and bedrooms were difficult to navigate. I would say this would be much more comfortable for a family of 3-4. The facilities are a bit outdated and the tiki bar and outdoor pool were completely closed. Ron and Dolores were very kind and responsive to our needs.
