Brand new bathroom with designer tiled bathtub, white vanity and extra room in bath. There is all comfortable-new furniture. This 1 bedroom 1 bath villa will not disappoint. It has been renovated to today's standards of what guests want in a vacation rental with designer colors and a coastal feel. Open Floor Plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space. There is extra sleeping space featuring 2 child sized bunks and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Nice views of the ocean from the balcony. The building has an elevator for your convenience. Family of 6 will fit fine and it's a close walk to the huge community pool and beach.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is your perfect family vacation destination with the largest beach pool on Hilton Head, a Beach Cafe, four access points to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to the beach and pool. The resort has a gym on site and there are 10 pickleball courts with walk up games going on daily. The resort also has bike rentals to enjoy over 100 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Great Stay
The condo was very clean and nice. It was well laid out to make the most of the space. We seemed to be in the best building for easy access to both the pool and the beach. Closest to the activities.
