A vacation home like no other! Enjoy this spacious, newly decorated, five-bedroom, four-bath home. Conveniently located in the exclusive Sea Pines Plantation, this property is just a short walk to the beach and the new Beach Club.

Small children welcome!!

This luxury home has a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The large kitchen includes a large island and three chairs. Off the kitchen is an over-sized dining room, with a table that seats 10 total.

The home was furnished from head to toe Pottery Barn, and Restoration Hardware.

On the first level you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, 55 Smart TV and a private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. On the next floor the second bedroom includes two twin beds, 55 in Smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom offers a Queen bed, 55 smart TV and bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms are located on the third floor: one with a king bed and daybed with trundle and the second with a large couch and daybed/trundle. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower.

We do offer 2 additional queen sized air beds that can be used wherever in the house.

We DO provide toilet paper and paper towels and dish soap.

Arguably the best feature of this home is the outdoor living space. Entertain guests or simply relax under the sun in the brand new pool being finished March 2020 , on the furnished patio, Wherever you choose, plentiful seating and beautiful views of the golf course await.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer. We have 6 bikes included at the home.

Not Walkable To Beach - Great House Otherwise
It’s important for everyone to know this listing is inaccurate by stating twice it is walkable to the beach. One of the primary reasons we chose this house was the ability to walk to the beach because Sea Pines is so challenging with parking. The house was 1.5 miles to the beach so I’m very confused why the listing states 0.4 miles (other reviews mention this as well after I looked more closely). This made our trip with 4 young kids much more difficult. Other than that, which is significant, the house is great and meets the listing’s description.

Stunning home, lovely vacation with friends
We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s place in Hilton Head. The home was immaculately clean, and comfortable for our group of 10 friends. The common spaces were accommodating but there was also space to spread out and have quiet time when needed. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of appliances and plates, etc. we had no trouble cooking and had everything we needed to prepare food. while the host did provide beach towels, there were not enough for our group of 10; I would suggest future guests have towels on their packing list. I did have a bit of a hard time communicating with the host via the VRBO app several days before check in, and also during our stay, which was a bit concerning. However it all worked out in the end. We received check in information at 3pm on the day of our arrival. I would suggest planning to bring bug spray, as the mosquitos were biting. Do also plan to buy kitchen trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper as there was only 1 of each for our long weekend; not nearly enough. I saw a few mixed reviews about the pool; during our stay it was wonderful. The backyard was one of our favorite pieces of the trip. The trees, bushes etc really made it feel like a private space, despite the home being in a neighborhood with many houses. We had such a great time, thanks again!

Beautiful home in great location
Fantastic home in the cutest gated neighborhood within walking distance of the preserve. The bicycles were a perfect item to have while in HH so really appreciated having that option! I accidentally locked myself out of the house late one night and thankfully the property manager saved the day! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

A very nice property exactly as advertised with an assortment of bikes and a few beach chairs. We used our own. The owner’s pool maintenance company did come and attended to the pool twice and it was sparkling. We were given the house entrance code by email on the morning we arrived. The gate fee was paid in cash at the entrance before we were allowed in. It all could not have been easier.

Owner needs to improve check in procedure regarding Sea Pines passes. Passed should be included with rental price and mailed to renter in advance. Pool was not clean and could not be used. Normally with rentals you get complimentary soaps and shampoos, shower gels, etc. These were not provided..not a problem if renter knows in advance. Bikes were provided which was a big plus. Truly a great house for a big group.

Perfect family getaway
Beautifully decorated open grand size layout.Exellent for large families.Our 4 grown children and grandchildren enjoyed everything about this home.The pool was the main attraction and is very private with lush landscape.After enjoying all seapiines has to offer (restaurants,beach,golf,parks, shopping,water activities,cruises, petting zoo, horseback riding etc)you never have to leave the resort.Quiet street, friendly Spacious kitchen and dining room to enjoy meals.Master bedroom and bathroom are very impressive. Absolutely love everything about this home, will definitely book again.Location is perfect, close to everything,Seapiines will always be top choice in Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed this house and how well equipped it was! The pool was wonderful, the kitchen well equipped, plenty of space for our group of 11. There are 8 full size bikes that are in great shape for guests to use. We loved the ease of Sea Pines for biking and walking. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!
The photos didn't do justice to how beautiful this home was. The location was great to shopping and entertainment but secluded. The community has a lot to offer. There's plenty of room for everyone. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. The only negative is that 2 of the 4 bedrooms don't have TV's and the living room TV doesn't allow for HDMI access. Other than that, loved it. We will be back!

We were a group of 8 staying in the house for 6 days. House is updated, well-decorated, and in a quiet/safe area. We did have several issues: -There are inaccuracies in the listing that were a significant inconvenience: (1) There are not 4 full bathrooms - there are 3 full and 1 half bath. (2) House is not 0.4 miles from the beach - it’s closer to a mile (15-20 min walk). (3) Each bedroom does not have a TV - only 2 do. -Host did not respond in days leading up to our reservation. A few hours before our flight I had to get in touch with VRBO because we still did not have any info on how to check-in. -House was minimally stocked. Only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom. No trash bags, salt, pepper, shower supplies, laundry/dishwasher detergent, etc. -Pool was dirty with mildew and debris. Host claimed the weekly pool service had visited the day before, but we could clean it ourselves. The pool guy eventually came close to the end of our stay. -Host made us enter/exit via garage door opener. No key provided. During our stay, the opener stopped working so we were locked out for a few hours. The host suggested that my family members were not pushing the buttons properly. My wife and I had to interrupt golf to verify that it was not working. Host said he would send someone to fix but this never happened. -The thermostat would change the temperature that we set according to the host’s Nest account/schedules. I contacted the host, he said he’d look into it and never followed up.

Beautiful Home, Pool was not usable
The house was absolutely amazing, and the neighborhood was just beautiful. House was very clean, and our party of 10 had plenty of space to spread out. For some reason, I was not aware that every vehicle had to buy a pass to get in the gate. We bought paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps as previous reviews mentioned that the house isn’t very well stocked. That was not a problem. We were disappointed that the pool was not usable. It wasn’t well-maintained, appeared to have algae growth and water was draining at some point. I contacted property manager, who stated that he called pool company, but issue was never fixed. As the pool was one of the major reasons we decided to stay in this home, it was disappointing for those that prefer pool over beach. The house had bikes, and we used them to bike to the beach. That was fun for everyone involved. As some of the bikes were broken, I would recommend you bring your own if you have a large party and/or smaller children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a weekend away
This house is lovely & clean and was great for our large group! It does come with more than 6 bikes and some beach equipment, including a few chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The communication with Nick was a bit sparse, but the house was exactly what we expected. The location was also nice to balance activities within Sea Pines and close proximity to great restaurants outside the gate!

Really nice house. Everything was clean and well Kept. No shampoo or body wash though and needed more trash bags. Otherwise really perfect stay we had a great time. The property is located in a private gated community so we felt very safe. Bikes were a great touch!

Nice house
This house was nice, but needed a few things that we had to get. It had a 4 cup coffee maker, so we bought a 12 cup, and there was not much toilet paper so we bought that too. The communication with the house manager was a bit scary, as we didn’t hear from him, and had to contact VRBO help line. Once we did hear from him, he was very nice.
