Great condo - but no working elevator
My friends and I loved this condo except for being in the 5th floor with no working elevator for 4 out of 5 days Also the electricity kept going out and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each BR for 5 days and 8 people

Great condo, great location
This condo has great views from almost every room. It's open and airy and each room is decorated with a coastal vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It would have been nice to have access to beach chairs and the bedrooms could use a Wi-Fi boost. Other than that, the place was great!

The perfect unit for a family!
We had 7 adults and one infant. This unit was perfect for us. It is on the top floor (the penthouse). It overlooked the pool and the ocean. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was a wonderful set up. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Although we went out to dinner often, one night we grilled on the barbecue by the pool and another night we had pizza. The living room and dining room were spacious and the deck was spectacular and we spent many a night just looking over the pool. The kitchen was great and well stocked (the only issue was given the configurations of the drawers and cabinets; some drawers could not open all of the way and the slide out shelves could not slide out.) With the first floor garage, it was so easy to have our bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas delivered and locked up at the bike rack. It was a short walk to the ocean and an even shorter walk to the pool. The pool and grounds were all well maintained and the location was perfect. We rode our bicycles on the beach to the Dunes House and to Coligny Plaza. We would recommend this unit to everyone. We will be back!~

Just what we needed!
This condo is very roomy and clean. The view is incredible. Loved watching the sun rise every morning and we were lucky to also see the full moon rise every evening on the spacious deck. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a very relaxing week.

The complex itself was very nice. Pools and beaches beautiful. The condo itself needed some work. The carpets were worn and dirty, the window blinds did not completely cover the windows and overall very worn property. The condo was very hot and thankfully there were fans to keep the air moving. Would not stay here again

We took all of our family (10) of us and stayed very comfortably. One was a baby and one had to sleep on the couch but had plenty of room and had a great time together! Beautiful view from the balcony.

Beautiful Hilton Head Condo!
This condo is in Palmetto Dunes, centrally located on Hilton Head Island. We love the location and the ease of access to bike trails and other parts of the island. The 5th floor condo is beautifully situated on a corner with gorgeous views of the pool and ocean. The unit had beautiful new carpeting. The following things would not keep us from staying here again, but are some minor things the owners need to address: Get all of the old lamps and artwork and other clutter cleared out of closets and laundry room, need to update the bedding in all 4 bedrooms, drain on the right hand side master bath needs to be cleaned out, faucet in kitchen needs to be replaced, master bedroom was always hotter than other bedrooms despite closing vents in other bedrooms, new softer mattresses would be nice, the vertical blinds needs to be replaced as they don't function very well. We stayed here at the end of March and it was a very pleasant stay.
