You have found a gem! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has never been rented until now! Management has 8 years experience and over 800 5 star reviews!Located near Coligny Center and inside Seaside Villas! Was just completely renovated and comes with 4 new beach chairs and 2 bikes! It boasts an awesome Ocean view from the balcony and living room! You are just a minute from the beach! This condo also offers a KING size bed along with 2 bunk beds (new ladder and bunk rails provided!) and a Queen sleeper sofa! The furniture, bedding, artwork, flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, lamps, mattresses, paint....everything is brand new! The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, Keurig, cookware ect. The remodeled bathroom has a full size tub and shower and great lighting. There is extra storage as well! The condo is located near Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, the new Celebration Park, bike trails, and of course steps to the Beach! Seaside Villas offers a nice picnic and BBQ area, a newer private outdoor shower area, very nice sundeck near the ocean and a Swing! Seaside Villas has many covered parking spots, an elevator and luggage carts to aid in loading and unloading!

Our stay here was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great care was taken to ensure a comfortable stay. The rental was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were perfect! The location was ideal—right on the beach! We enjoyed morning walks on the shore and quick dips in the ocean, all without needing to drive or deal with parking hassles. We were overall pleased with the property. The unit was clean and well maintained. We loved the binder that Lori left. It has very detailed things in it that you need for your stay! Great access to the beach. We made use of the laundry room and it was nice and clean as well. Great little getaway for our family if 4 😊

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We loved that the beach was within walking distance. We also took a stroll on the beach to the more touristy area which was about 5-10 minutes walk to the shopping areas. The kitchen was well equipped i made Cajun pasta one night. Definitely would come back again.

Ideal location
Ideal location for everything. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and would go for walks or bike rides (2 bikes included in condo price) every morning and watch the sunsets at night. A few minute walk to Coligny Plaza was great for happy hour. Easy communication with the owner and detailed directions made our first day seamless. The condo was clean and well equipped. I can't wait to come back!

Fit the Bill!
This property was lovely for our 4 night stay in Hilton Head. The listing represents the accommodations well. We loved the balcony view of the ocean. As pictured in the listing, you can see the water but not the beach. We appreciated the top notch proximity to the beach, a 3 minute (max.) walk to the sand. The kitchen was well appointed for all of our cooking needs, and we ate there 3 meals a day! We generally enjoy cooking together but the small space only allowed for one adult to cook at a time. Not a deal breaker, we'd definitely stay again. The layout of the unit was comfortable for 2 adults but we would have felt tight with more people. Again not a deal breaker, we'd stay again. We both slept well in the bed, although the pillows were too big for us. Not a deal breaker, did I mention we'd definitely stay again! I appreciated the cleanliness of the space, great water pressure & abundant hot water. Love, love, loved the bicycles! It was the first time either of us had biked on the beach, what fun! The property manager, Lori, replied to our inquiries in a timely fashion. The location was convenient to walk to the center of town or drive to the grocery store. We didn't use the elevator, it was on the opposite end of the building from the apartment. We also didn't use the pool. The coin operated laundry was convenient to the unit, well kept and useful.

Great Weekend Getaway at Seaside Villas
This is our second time staying at one of the Bailey's properties. Like the first one, this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and located close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Also, we appreciated being able to ride the two free adult bikes that came with our stay. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed ourselves in HH. A charming condo that suited our needs. It was just right for us. So close to the beach. We really only spent the evenings in the condo sleeping. We spent most of the time on the beach. Sunrise is amazing. This condo had everything we needed in comfort and close to the beach. I rode one of the bikes daily. Having beach chair was also a plus. WE had a delightful stay.

This condo was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and our two children. The king size bed was very comfortable! Our kids are teens and they chose to sleep in the living room to watch tv. They used the pull out sleeper sofa. Great ocean view and very close to the walkway to the beach. Small kitchen, but we walked to Coligny for dinner most nights. After dinner, we walked back to our condo via the beach. We would stay here again.

Great stay overall perfect for a family of four. The only issue was when taking a shower the water wasn't going down the drain and a tv in the room would be perfect. The pillows on the bed makes your neck hurt, but overall nice place.
