"I stayed Windsor Lodge with my daughter in June 2022. This is a Heritage property and renovated long back. The rooms are spaces and staff is very friendly. The problem is rooms are very old, stinking, linen and bed not good condition. Old style TV, bathroom, network issues away from the city. This Property needs immediate renovation. "

"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. I did try calling the front desk but didn’t get through them. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower door was not...
