"Freundliche und nette Eigentümer, die sich Mühe geben, kleine Zimmer, sehr einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Toller Pool mit toller Terrasse und schönem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. "The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. "Spent 6 nights in this lovely apartment. It was a great location to everything, numerous restaurants, bars and groceries nearby. The apartment is very roomy with a large balcony and superb sea view of the harbour and downtown Saranda. The bonus private parking was greatly appreciated as we had a car rental and didnt have to be concerned with street parking. We would highly recommend this apartment. "If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. Breakfast wasn't great either. The room was basic but clean and quite spacious and the hotel is right next to the beach. Unlike with other beachside hotels we stayed in, loungers were not included in the price but were extra (€10/day). We ended up leaving a day early and didn't receive a refund for that night (which would have been a nice gesture but to be fair, part of the cancellation agreement). "

"Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. "
