Not too bad.
Finding the parking was difficult. My friend is a native Japanese speaker and called in advance to confirm the correct parking location but was given inaccurate directions. We had to move the car or pay more for parking because of that.

Great Stay! Hotel offered breakfast, which was phenomenal. Exceed expectations of a APA hotel (which is a reliably good chain in my opinion). Location is closed enough to train station, but it's convenient to everything else. Good Value! Great Staffs.

Property was in a good location however a few things were not up to standard: 1. The room air conditioning did not work 2. The bathroom fan did not work 3. We were required to surrender our room key each time we left the hotel and if we did not return by midnight we were locked out of our room until the morning!!!

Extremely accommodating and curtious staff that go above and beyond to help non-Japanese speakers. The hotel is located at a hotspot with countless food establishments and sites to see including himeji castle which was 1km or a 6 minute walk away.
