"Clean and comfortable 3 BR condo good for 6+ people. Only one small air conditioner in first level living room which is inadequate for a large family. Upstairs bedrooms each have same AC units which is sufficient for these smaller rooms. Dining area only accommodates 4 people (small table with 4 chairs), so not enough for the number of accommodations. But Thai people can eat on the floor as there is a lot of floor space. About a 20 minute drive from Hua Hun beaches."
