Very disappointed in this facility. It needs a MAJOR REMODEL! Rotten wood and cracked concrete was everywhere. Our room was very outdated and lacked basic normal items. Coffee with no condiments, no tissues, The toilet was child-size and there was no chair to sit in. The breakfast was minimal to say the least. Basic cereal and waffles with no butter. Fruit consisted of apples only which were badly bruised. Coffee and juice machines were both broken. No bagels, toast or other normal items available. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and friendly. However, as a whole I would give this facility barely a 2.

We did not stay. We walked into the room and it smelled horrible. My 11 year old said “it smells moist in here”. The paint was chipping off all the walls, there was pee on the bed. We told the front desk clerk and left to find another hotel.

There were large patches of mold on the ceiling. The mattress had bedbugs. The door appeared to have been kicked in because the locking mechanism was broken. I did not stay here. I left immediately. I need somebody from Expedia to contact me reference to a refund.
