"This was one of the best places I have stayed in Japan. All you have to do is put in your check in number when you enter the door and its done. No contact with any staff and no hang ups. "This was THE MOST welcoming place I have ever stayed. Even though it was about 8pm when we arrived, Akira diligently showed us around the property, ensuring that we knew exactly how to use all of the amenities and that we would have the best stay possible. "Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"This was a clean, simple room that was great as a landing spot after full days of walking around Tokyo. It is conveniently located next to a subway stop, which made getting back from anywhere in the city easy. For folks interested in Golden Gai, it is also a very short walk to there. It felt safe, and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The table with bathroom items was always well stocked and had great quality items (that hair conditioner!!). Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese foods and Western breakfast items. The staff in the restaurant where breakfast was served were also very helpful and good at keeping things clean and reatocked. The room size was small but manageable, which we expected (we did get the queen bed, which was comfortable and worth the slightly less space). We were happy with our stay and appreciate the staff at this hotel very much!"

"This hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Tokyo. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but it’s also very close to a number of different notable tourist spots like the Tokyo Dome, Akihabara, the Ryogoku Kokugikan sumo arena, and more. Service was superb all the way throughout, and it has basically every amenity most travelers could want. They’ll even hold your bags for free for the day after you check out, if you need that. I’ll look at this place first on return trips to Tokyo for sure. "
