"Self check in was nice and easy and everything explained before hand. The room was really nice and clean, small but big enough. Kitchenette was a great extra with a dishwasher aswel. Shower was nice and powerful and the whole room/studio was nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and convenient to get to the centre via walking around a 10min walk or via bus or tram 2min walk 5min on bus/tram. The bus is also the airport bus and takes 15mins from the apartment to the airport...

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? "Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....
