チェックイン、アウトや台車を借りる際など、フロントスタッフの方はあまり笑顔がない印象でした。フロアにウォーターサーバーがあるのはありがたかったです。加湿器を部屋に入れてもらいましたが、冬場だからか、使用してもかなり乾燥して困りました。チェックイン後、部屋に入ると、シーツの上にほこりや髪の毛があり、不快でした。
