We appreciated how you had a toaster oven. Because there was no front desk, we couldn’t leave our luggage before check in time, which was inconvenient for us.

This property was severly impacted by the G7 -- our room was changed to accomodate this but we weren't told that was the reason. As a result it was behind security blockades and very difficult to get to. The owner sent a note making it very clear we were not to ask anyone where the unit was and it felt like a treasure hunt to get our key. The unit was not very clean, not very nice, and very dark. There was a dirty cloth in the sink and bags of dirty laundry outside the door in the hallway.

Very close location to Peace Memorial Park, Restaurants and Stores. Owner left directions to stores, Restaurants and sightseeing places, gave recommendations of restaurants and stores. Easy check in and check out. Owner communications were prompt and easy. Very nice owner let us even check in early. We had a fabulous stay and will recommend as well as stay there again.

普通のアパートみたいで、くつろげました。 ですが、海外の方に配慮しているからか、説明書きが英語のみのが多くて、ゴミの分別の種類分けが分からなかったし、チェックアウトの時に鍵をどちらのポストに入れたらいいかも分からなかったです。 でも掃除は行き届いてたし、日本語表記もしてくれてたら、パーフェクトでした。

事前のメール問い合わせの返信は早かったが、旅行3日前になるまで連絡先が分からなかったため、不安だった。ゲスト10人までのわりに備え付けのキッチン用品の鍋が小さいなど配慮に欠けているように感じた。食器や調理器具はぱっと見ただけでもきれいではなく、全て洗い直さなければならなかった。予約時に表示されている布団の数が備えていると思ったら一組もなく、二人でベッドを使うしかなかった。

建物は古いが内装はリノベ済、安くて快適
写真から想像つくと思いますが、古いマンション（築40年以上？）をリノベーションして、民泊施設にしている宿です。ですので外観や設備は古いですが、内装はきれいになっており、手入れも行き届いています。 一般的な「ホテル」ではありませんが、こうした（Air bnb的な）宿に慣れている方には全く問題はないでしょう。 カギはポストに投函されており、そのポストの暗証番号がメールで送られてきて、それを使って解錠しカギを入手する形。 キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、カップと皿とカトラリー、電気ケトル、ピュリファイヤー（水道水を濾過する容器）、洗濯機、ドライヤー、掃除機、など簡素ながら気の利いた備品が一通り揃っており、オーナーのサービス精神が感じられます。 ベッドシーツ類はパリパリの清潔なものがセットされていて快適でした。 場所は原爆資料館から100ｍほどで、資料館や原爆ドームからは歩いてすぐ。ローソンが道を渡った眼の前にあるのもポイント高い。Uber Eatsも問題なく来てくれました。 駐車場は50m先に市営駐車場があり20時～8時は最大800円なので安いですが、それ以外の時間は30分200円。我々は16時～9時くらい駐めたので計4000円かかりました...ｗ
