"Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "

"We were awaited at Metrolitan Hotel. A turkish woman made a call and a another woman appeared and brought us to the nearby Hotel „Isla Suites oder Apart“. There we checked in for 2 persons, one person to follow. They brought us to the room in the third floor. The room was at the top (roof)of the building, air condition didn‘t work, the room had about 50 degrees Celsius. Elevator didn‘t work. "Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay"
