海から少し離れていても満足

ホテルの従業員の方も丁寧ですし、館内も綺麗です。 朝食も美味しい方だと思います。 すぐ横に飲食店もコンビニもあるので助かります。 車の音は全く気になりませんが、壁が薄いのか、笑い声やイビキは響いてきます。 特に困る感じはないので、また利用したいです。

スタッフのおもてなし◎！バスルームの排水口の匂い改善に期待

良かったところ スタッフの方がとても親切で、嬉しかったです。 隣にコンビニ、ハンバーグレストラン、回転寿司があり、便利でした。 残念だったところ バストイレが、排水口から上がってくる下水の匂いが充満していて気になりました。

料金二重徴収？

事前決済されているにも関わらずカードを切らされた、事前決済領収書を見せても理解して貰えなかった。 おまけに　1度切ったカードの取り消しが出来ないと嘘まで付かれたがさらにクレームを入れると 他の担当者がで即座にカード決済の取消をしてくれた。 教育が出来ていない者をフロントに立たせてはいけないと思う。

今回利用させていただいた部屋はロフトベッド付きの部屋でしたので、新鮮で子供が喜んでよかったです。 部屋、建物内も明るい装飾と清潔感がありよかったです。 浴室もカビ臭などなく、まったく問題なく快適に利用できました。 真夏で暑いので部屋にエアコンがあるのはもちろんですが、廊下も除湿器を置いて涼しくしてくれていたのが良かったと思います。 ただ効きすぎて寒かったのが少し評価を下げた理由です。 朝食は、ビュッフェスタイルで、品数は少ないかな？と最初思いましたが、結果満足できました。だいたいおかずで5品程度、主食はご飯、カレー、パン、野菜はレタス、海藻などです。好き嫌いがない人であれば全種類食べれば満足できると思います。 カレーは非常に本格的で美味しいです。必ず食べたはうがいいと思います。 スタッフの方々も挨拶など気持ちよく気分がよかったと感じました。 宿泊翌朝は雨だったのですが、傘も用意されていたので準備がよくできているなと思いました。 また泊まりに来たいと思います。
