"Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge.
Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset).
Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so.
The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "
