"The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice."

We stayed on the 9th floor and it is very sad that we experienced shortage of water while in mid of taking shower. Thereafter, we occasionally experience low water pressure while taking shower."
